While employed at Intermountain Healthcare, I helped design the employee intranet. It won the Nielsen Norman Intranet Design Annual. Here is what the selection committee wrote about it:
Intermountain Healthcare created an elegant, responsive intranet that not only informs employees, it also capitalizes on their business know-how and works to keep them healthy and happy. In addition, the intranet’s gamification features give new meaning to the term “healthy competition.”
I created wireframes, mockups and final web designs. I also wrote production-ready CSS to help ensure that the live product matched the prototypes.
I was 1 of 2 designers on this project. We also had 1 product manager, 1 product owner, 3 business analysts, 4 front-end developers and 2 back-end developers. Here is my team:
