Worrease is a tool to help you fight worry and anxiety. Anytime you are worried or anxious about something, you can enter it into the app. You will then see a list of tips and advice that can help reduce your stress.
Often when we worry about something, our mind goes into a downward spiral and we have difficulty facing the task at hand. This app helps you break free from this habit and allows you to focus on what is important right now. Over time, you will conquer your worries and can maintain an archive of past worries to show how much you've grown.
I created the Worrease app as a side project. I designed everything (app, layout, logo, icons, etc.) myself. I coded it in HTML, CSS & jQuery and used Adobe PhoneGap to release it for iOS and Android. Unfortunately Adobe discontinued PhoneGap, so it is currently unavailable in the app store. However, you can use the web version by clicking the Open button above.
